      Hello.
I am trying to import the database on a client and the import is not being carried out completely.
I opened the XML file and the data is there, however, after completing the import, a lot of data is missing.
It generates a log of errors that I am attaching.
      Can you help me?
      erro import idoit gmg.pdf

        Hello @rogeraraujo
it looks like that most of your categories are not existing in your destination installation.
The basic construct of the categories should be same as in the source installations. This means, if you have a category called "planning" in the source installation but not in the destination, the information cannot be imported.

If you want to move your complete installation, a database and installation movement should be the right solution -> https://kb.i-doit.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=66355511

        Best,

          Hi Phil,
An important piece of information that I forgot to mention is the fact that we are exporting an IDOIT in the paid version and importing it into an open-source version.

            Hi @rogeraraujo
unfortunately that is not possible as there are functions, categories and other parts which are not available in the open version.

            Phil
