Wandmontagen abbilden

Hallo,
ich bin davor eine Doku vorzunehmen, doch hierbei gibt es auch jede Menge an Geräten, die direkt an Wänden montiert sind, statt in einem Schrank.
Mein Gedankengang wäre nun dieser, eine neue Kategorie anzulegen, mit fiktiven Schränken, um die Wandmontagen abzubilden.
Diese stelle ich dann mittels Raumplan in die jeweilige Position.... oder hat jemand eine andere Idee an die Sache ranzugehen?
