Ich möchte die Maßeinheit beim Schrank (Rack) bzw. in der Kategorie Formfaktor standardmäßig auf cm statt auf Zoll eingestellt haben.
Kann der Default geändert werden?

nein aber du könntest ein default Template verwenden, welches die Einheit beim erstellen einen Schrank setzt.
