QRcode für eigene Kategorien und Textfelder

Hallo zusammen,
es gibt ja im QR code die "möglichen Platzhalter" aber gibt es auch eine Möglichkeit bei eigenen Kategorien und darin enthalten Textfeldern diese mit im QR code aufzunehmen,
