never tried to migrate from such an old version. Since CSV is not available, the only way I could think of would be to use PHPMyAdmin and generate CSV files directly from the database. PHPMyAdmin has an option to export rows from a table as CSV for Excel, so you can clean the data afterwards and then import it into the newer i-doit.
