    • Default value of CMDB status field

      Hello,

Is it possible to change the default state of the CMDB status field to : "In build" for all new assets?
I modified the field located in : Administration > Predefined content > CMDB status > Default status for inventory imports : "In build".
But this has no effect for CSV imports.

I tried to put a CMDB_status field with a value of "in build" in my CSV import file.
But during each import, the value of the field is overwritten by the value of the CSV file.

      Thanks.

    • Problem with preparing a report

      Hello

I would like to create a report, but I don't know if it is possible to do so.
I've tried different ways but I can't do it.

We have organized the following data :

      Virtual Machine
      	|_Organization
      		|_Asset owner
      		|_Responsible for treatment

We would like to produce a report that allows us to :
Give all vms from an organization, where this organization is asset owner, but not responsible for processing

    • RE: Jdisc Integration problem

      @Michael-Huhn Thank for your reply.
The problem really comes from SELinux, when I switch SELinux to permissive, I can connect to Jdisc.

    • Jdisc Integration problem

      Hello,

I have a problem with jdisc integration.
I would like to connect Jdisc to I-doit.
But I have the following error messages:

      Common settings:
Could not establish connection: "Could not establish connection: "Database error: SQLSTATE[08006] [7] could not connect to server: Permission denied Is the server running on host "@IP" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 25321? ". Please check your configuration of the selected jdisc server.". Please check your configuration of the selected jdisc server.

      Discovery settings:
The connection to JDisc Web Service could not be established. Please check whether the settings are correct and that the web service is up and running

I test the connection to the PG database from a server other than the I-DOIT server with PgAdmin, and the postgresro account, it's functional.
I test the connection to the following url : https://@IP with the DOMAIN\myaccount account from a server other than that of I-DOIT, it's functional.

On the I-DOIT server, I disabled the firewall, but that doesn't change anything.
When I do an nmap on the two ports I get this result:

      [@~]$ nmap -p 443 @IP
      Starting Nmap 7.70 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2024-01-09 09:40 CET
      Nmap scan report for @IP
      Host is up (0.0011s latency).

      PORT STATE SERVICE
      443/tcp open https

Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 11.04 seconds

      [@~]$ nmap -p 25321 @IP
      Starting Nmap 7.70 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2024-01-09 09:41 CET
      Nmap scan report for @IP
      Host is up (0.00047s latency).

      PORT STATE SERVICE
      25321/tcp open unknown

Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 11.04 seconds

When I do a curl on the url I get a result.

On the Jdisc server I don't have a firewall.

Where can I find logs related to jdisc modules?
What package do you need to use jdisc in i-doit?

      Idoit serveur : RHEL 8, I-doit pro 28
      jdisc version : Jdisc Discovery 5.0 - Professional Edition - build 5179

      Thank you for your answers.
