Fehler bei Lizenz installieren

Hi,
ich habe ein IDOIT von unserem Prodsystem kopiert.
Nach dem login kommt die Meldung dass keine Lizenz vorhenden ist.Dann habe ich über die Lizenzverwaltuing den Key angegeben und es kommt folgende Meldung:
"Cannot install hosting licence inside mandator"
Und wie komme ich nun 'outside mandator'

du solltest dir mal das Admin-Center ansehen. Wobei die Hostinglizenz nicht für mehrere Systeme freigegeben ist…
