Install problem

I get ll the way to the last screen on the install and I get this error
ERROR (Access denied for user 'cl45-pit to database 'test')
I am using heart internet hosting, any ideas on hot to get it to install

Hi,
The error message tells you, that your user does not have access to the database. It is difficult to tell why you are experiencing this problem. Are you sure that all needed modules are installed on the system? Which version of i-doit are you using? Which system is installed on the server? Are you allowed to use the root user on the system?

I think it was my webhost, I have moved web host and can get to the end but I get

Note: If some directories are not writeable, chown them to your Apache user or use the script -

As you can see, the database seems to exist already. You have to drop it so that you can install i-doit.
