    TTS (zammad) tickets zu Logbuch hinzufügen?

      Hi Leute,
      wir haben i-doit mit Zammad angebunden, und wollen "changes" automatisch als ticket erzeugen.

      ticket kommt rein -> wird bearbeitet -> informationen zu änderungen werden erfasst -> asset wird ausgewählt (dadurch verknüpfung i-doit asset zu ticketnummer zammad)
      wenn ich nun aber das Logbuch exportieren würde, steht da nichts von einem Ticket.

      gibt es eine möglichkeit das zu ändern?

        die Ticketansicht ist nur eine Ansicht.
        Hier werden keine Informationen in der i-doit Datenbank gespeichert.
