XML Import nicht möglich

Hallo,
habe folgendes Problem:
Ich möchte eine .xml, die von i-doit (Pro) selbst generiert wurde, in eine neue Basic-Umgebung importieren. Die Mandatennamen sind identisch. Über das Import-Modul lade ich die xml in den /imports Ordner hoch, diese taucht dann auf fettgedruckt in der Tabelle auf. Soweit alles gut.Sobald ich darauf klicke und "Importiervorgang starten >>" klicke, verschiebt sich nur kurz die darunterliegende Tabelle, ansonsten kein Effekt oder Meldung (getestet mit Chrome, FF und Safari).
Kann jemand helfen?

gibt es in irgendwelchen Fehler-Logs auf dem System Meldungen?
