Connection popup empty

Hello,
I'm trying i-doit and I've a problem with the connection popup.
Most of the software works well. I can connect systems to wire system, connect to cable, etc.
I've only one problem with the "assigned to connector" feature. When I try to connect some systems together (let say a switch to its pdu) the popup is white and empty. I can't connect to anything.
Can you explain why? What I should check and fix?

which i-doit version are you using? Just yesterday we released i-doit v1.4.7 - check it out

I have the same problem I'm on version 1.4.8 with the following settings : on system overviwe its everthing OK.
Operating System UNIX/Linux, Linux OK
PHP Version 5.4.4-14+deb7u14 (>5.3.8 recommended) OK
i-doit Code Version 1.4.8
i-doit Database Version 1.4.8 Revision 18308
Database size 25.38 MB
Browser (client) Mozilla/5.0, Gecko (Firefox/33.0) OKhow to solve the problem ???

Hello,
I have the exact same issue here. Everything else works flawlessly. Clean install of 1.4.7 immediately upgraded to 1.4.8 before initial use. I will be watching the forums for a hotfix/patch.

I just started using I-DOIT this week and have the same exact problem as described in this thread. Did it get resolved yet? I should mention, I am trying to connect a switch to a patch panel when I get the blank connection popup.

Hi,
Im sorry to say that this will be fixed in the next Open version. We are going to release i-doit Pro 1.8 this month and expect a new i-doit Open Version to be released later this year.
