        Hi,

you cannot change it. i-doit only support csv files.

        Kind Regards,
        Christian

          @creiss hello creiss i hope u have a great day 🙂
i hope to ask another one more thing, it is about export data from export wizard,
it is only can exported by .xml file, it is also we can't change to csv or xlsx file? (normally u dont used xlsx file? many of thing is not supported xlsx file i think so)

(it is step3 from export wizard, format : only "xml" can selected)

            Hello @jung-hoon-lee,

            no problem. 😉

Currently you can only export data via the export wizard in a xml format. If you want to export data as csv you have to use the Report Manager, you can find (only in pro version of i-doit) under "Extras".

Hope you have a great day, too. 😊

            Kind Regards,
            Christian

                Hello @jung-hoon-lee,

you cannot export the data directly from the installation view of an application. But if you are using i-doit pro (as I understood because of your usage of the CSV-Import), you can create a report to show these information and export them as a CSV.

I am not sure, if I understood your second question. Did I get it right, that you can only change the list view for a few object types? This should have something to do with your rights, although there is just one general right to do so and no separation between the different object types.

                Kind Regards,
                Christian

this time i want to ask the "file import"

as you told me i can use to imported csv file in CSV Import(which is in Extra Tab -> CSV Import Tab)

and this picture is our sample data it is made from cmdb web page (picture No.1) 4f8e86de-30af-4cbb-94d2-b3be5f07a818-image.png

and now i'm try to another thing, Exported csv file and just change Title name, and put in it but it dosen't work
                  (picture No.2)

in this case how can i solve it?
(it is okay that i'm not useing again same file, i just solve to imported whole of information one of "bit")
