Inventarnummer funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo,
seit dem Update auf 1.18 funktioniert die automatische Inventarnummernvergabe nicht mehr. Er startet immer bei 400000, obwohl folgendes bei automatischer Inventarnummer eingetragen ist: %COUNTER:200000#6%
Beim Anlegen eines Objekts dieser Kateogrie kommt folgendes:
Sobald ich das nun erstelle und mache einen weiteren Eintrag kommt die Meldung, dass die Validierung nicht passt. Dort habe ich aber folgendes konfiguriert was immer klappte:

Wir haben das gleiche Problem mit Version 28 leider ist der Hotfix Link für 1.18. nicht mehr gültig.
