Hey @looplex, 1, you are right if you have the Rights like this: [image: 1655977697352-430b32a5-1d9b-480b-9741-2baa9ce3d1f6-image.png] It should be possible to see all categories on the overview Page of all objects which are Clients. In order that these limitations take also effect in the object browser, in the location view as well as in the CMDB Explorer, you have to define advanced settings under Administration → System settings → Expert settings: auth.use-in-cmdb-explorer 1 auth.use-in-object-browser 1 auth.use-in-location-tree 1 You can find a detailed explanation of these settings in the article CMDB (User Rights Management).

Hey @uniadmin in our OCS Database there are ~2k Objects. Loading the OCS Import page takes around ~ 5 seconds. After importing 850 objects, which took ~10 minutes Loading the OCS Import page takes also ~ 5 seconds.

@jung-hoon-lee are you really using i-doit pro Version 1.9.4 at the moment?

@syntax_error the reason is the missing subnet information from checkmk. But were working on it to match the correct layer-3 net

Hello @SHQuinn4Com the object with ID 10872 does exist in your CMDB? Check if the object with ID 10872 exists . Check if the ID 10872 is sent as integer. You could also check the API Log from i-doit

@dkirsten Thank for the hint. Quick Question anyway. I have added the HARDWARE group to "isys_obj_type_group" but this has not affected the menuitems in the TopMenu anyway. Anything else that needs to be done to see the new group as a separate menu?

I thought that this user would be set in /etc/i-doit/i-doit.sh so I did set it. /usr/local/bin is the path suggested by the Knowledge base article linked above, as are the file names. If your i-doit sysadmin decided to place the files somewhere else or name them differently, you have to find them in your local system and act accordingly. One file (named idoit-jobs in the Knowledge base article) executes various tasks on the i-doit database, and the other one (named idoit) implements the basic i-doit console invocation. The former calls the latter (which you can see by the enviroment variable CONSOLE_BIN set in the file).
