      Hello @SHQuinn4Com

the object with ID 10872 does exist in your CMDB?

Check if the object with ID 10872 exists .
Check if the ID 10872 is sent as integer.

You could also check the API Log from i-doit

@dkirsten Thank for the hint. Quick Question anyway.

I have added the HARDWARE group to "isys_obj_type_group" but this has not affected the menuitems in the TopMenu anyway. Anything else that needs to be done to see the new group as a separate menu?

I thought that this user would be set in /etc/i-doit/i-doit.sh so I did set it.

/usr/local/bin is the path suggested by the Knowledge base article linked above, as are the file names. If your i-doit sysadmin decided to place the files somewhere else or name them differently, you have to find them in your local system and act accordingly.

One file (named idoit-jobs in the Knowledge base article) executes various tasks on the i-doit database, and the other one (named idoit) implements the basic i-doit console invocation. The former calls the latter (which you can see by the enviroment variable CONSOLE_BIN set in the file).

      Hi @proofy & @all,

I'm experiencing the same problem. I tried your procedure on two different systems.

      Ubuntu 20.04.1

I-doit itself and the following packages have been downloaded/installed by the i-doit-installer-script

      PHP 7.4.3
      Apache 2.4.41
      MariaDB 15.1

May I ask for your help? thx

      Hey @sbaas_keylane
based on this picture the connection between PSU1XXXXX03 and Outlet06 is created. In this case I would say, it worked fine.
If this is not the desired result, I would appreciate you to describe this more detailed.
      Thanks in advance

      Cheers,
      Phil

      Hey @Tenou
maybe this would help you in this case -> https://community.i-doit.com/topic/3608/ssl-configuration
Basically it is just a apache configuration 😉
Further informations could be found here -> https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/ssl/ssl_howto.html

      Hey @pserdiuk

at the bottom of the updater it says your current version is 1.13.2 - in this state i-doit is only able to update to the next major version (= 1.14). After this you should be able to update to 1.14.1 or directly 1.14.2

You have PHP 7.0.33. For updating i-doit to the next version you need at least PHP 7.1!

      Hello @boobu ,
after Updating your PHP Version you have to do the Steps for PHP Installation again.
      See here: https://kb.i-doit.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=36864037#DebianGNU/Linux-PHP
Do not forget to install the php-extension for the new Version.

      best regards
      Micha

      Hey @Mischa-K
for now we have no special version for azure.
The only solution is to create a VM on azure and install i-doit and all necessary software.
