Hallo, du musst zuerst definieren, was angezeigt werden soll. Für den Ausgabebereich wählst du die Kategorien -> Attribute, die angezeigt werden sollen und für den Bedingungsbereich kannst du die Bedingungen definieren, nach welchen gefiltert werden soll. Hello, You have two possibilities here: If you don't want do make other users able to see the passwords, you can change the permission and set up taht the users are not allowed to see the password category in general (the following article will help to understand the authorization system in i-doit -> https://kb.i-doit.com/display/en/Rights+Management) or You can edit the category list to not show the password column. Hi @oya-erdayı the relations between objects are created based on the categories. The question is, how to you connect these objects? For example: If you want to assign a client to a person you need the categories contact assignment and the specific category person->assigned obejcts. these two categores will establish an relation between the client object and the person object, if they have been assigned to each other via the categories. Hello @oya-erdayı , this is not possible because the object browser is only ment to select objects themselves. There are some (rare) exceptions where you have a "two-sided" object browser where you first select the object and then the specific attribute - but these are limited to certain use cases (for example licenses or ports). Hello @Oya-Erdayı is the user still a member of a group that grants permissions? New permissions do not take effect immediately. Either the user has to wait a bit or you clear the cache in i-doit. (Administration -> System tools -> Cache / Databases -> Clear complete cache) Best Phil

@philipp-hörselmann danke. leider finde ich in der doku nicht, ob es für die OPEN oder für die PRO oder für beides gilt. der screenshot lässt darauf schließen, dass es auf jeden Fall in der Pro geht. da ich nicht in unserer Pro "rumpfuschen" kann, hab ich mir ne OPEN hochgezogen. da finde ich die einstellungen leider nicht. stelle ich mich nur an - oder gibts evtl. ne eigene Doku für die OPEN? falls es diese Einstellungsmöglichkeiten in der OPEN tatsächlich nicht gibt, was bedeutet das dann für die Userberechtigungen? Ich habe das selbe Problem wie Oya oben. Ich wollte einem User entsprechende Rechte zum mitwirken geben - aber eben nicht gleich "admin" rechte. der User kann sich einloggen - sieht aber nix. danke vorab! edit: muss mich korrigieren: nachdem ich den user in eine gruppe gepackt habe mit entsprechenden rechten für die CMBD sieht er alles... womit ich aber gleich beim zweiten problem bin jetzt sieht er zu viel! das einschränken auf zbsp. eine lokation oder ähnliches wird vermutlich in der OPEN nicht möglich sein mangels den oben bereits erwähnten Einstellungsmöglichkeiten!?
