a few month ago we were update the cmdb system 1.13 to 1.16

and after 1years, the new one is updated so now i'm try to update it

but before try it i want test it by my self, so, anyway can you give me some Manual for about updates

in a Detaily, i want save my data after update

@michael-overkamp i'm so sad my picture was so big size that i can't send you anyway i was checked it what u said it pressed check button and it was be turn red cross sign(hide) and the title font was changed and i press "Accept" button, but notthing changed it and notthing Accepted it

i have strange one another things, i can't be change status be hide another one should i need to re-install cmdb whole thing?

@jung-hoon-lee the display status looks like "disable status" but it's my fault by my self, i'm surely checked display icon

when i want to change top bars through the Quick Configuration Wizard

administration -> cmdb settings -> Quick Configuration Wizard and i pressed adjust and created something new one and accept, but anything is not happend, i dont know about it was correctly working or not

did you have any help to me?

i want to Ask about Question from the calendar System

at the knowledge base said

'The calendar widget marks fixed dates or events in bold letters. For this purpose, a check has to be set via the pencil so that object dates, such as the status planning, are considered. It is mandatory to have the role of “administrator” for that particular object with a planned status, so that the calendar entry will be shown.'

okay so i can used to inserted schedualed but it dose not work only used that point "The calendar widget marks fixed dates or events in bold letters."

i mean, if i have schedualed at "24,6 2021", i can only see from to clicked pencil and "Existing events Tab"

it is resonable about our system's version?

we are useing 1.9.4 version cmdb

this time i want to ask the "file import"

as you told me i can use to imported csv file in CSV Import(which is in Extra Tab -> CSV Import Tab)

and this picture is our sample data it is made from cmdb web page (picture No.1)

and now i'm try to another thing, Exported csv file and just change Title name, and put in it but it dosen't work
(picture No.2)

in this case how can i solve it?
(it is okay that i'm not useing again same file, i just solve to imported whole of information one of "bit")

i want to ask another two thing,
one thing is some of page did not can't exported, even if csv file, in that case how can i change it?
(such as "software tab -> object a -> application(folder) -> installation")
(i can't export only this installation tab)

and the another one is some page can't change the column
if i want to add to other column in page, i can use to "configuration list view" but some of page did not cant use "configuration list view" how can i setted it

i hope to ask another one more thing, it is about export data from export wizard,
it is only can exported by .xml file, it is also we can't change to csv or xlsx file? (normally u dont used xlsx file? many of thing is not supported xlsx file i think so)

(it is step3 from export wizard, format : only "xml" can selected)

hi there I want to ask something about imported excel file
as u know the CMDB is collected information from system information, and before to find this system we are always managed .xlsx file (not csv) in this case, what I do to?

basically, I want to setted import data not only csv
how can I change it

is it only can use csv file?

I can't imported csv file in cmdb I setted same column but it doesn't work.....
how can I do
