Hey @smissair, i think what you mean is categories, there are a few allready available. You can assign them to the Server Objecttype or you can create custom categories and assign them to an objecttype. best regards Michael

Hey @gmork unfortunately nobody answered yet.. You could create custom CMDB status and manually do the process. But thew best way would be to use i-doit along with a ticket system to handle this. Best Phil
