    Hey @hallo456
which versions of i-doit, Checkmk2 and the API are you using?
The problems should be solved with the actual version.

    Hello @Jürgen-Fredriksson
are these the information about the CIs etc. which you want to implement into i-doit?
Are you using i-doit open or i-doit Pro?
i-doit Pro offers you the possibility to create custom categories, object types and object type groups where you can customize i-doit.

Same behavior here. On first check it gives "Error", when then clicking test button you get green OK. But that's it and no more actions available.

    Hello @Kenchas
the question is, how do you want to assign the port?
If you have an object with the ports created you can connect the port to another object.
We have a knowledge base article where we gave an explanation how to use the cable patches to connect devices and how it will be done in i-doit.

    Hello,

i give you a simple example how it works.
    5e4a9035-6869-4d23-a252-ea26f9292fbb-image.png
Here you see a rule that exports generic location-tag of the type city

    3d9b6983-b1c6-4365-bd9e-13a77d112de3-image.png
Now i create a server and assign the location to a city.

    d8d0b613-f471-4130-8556-29b784eacd76-image.png
Here you see now the "dynamic-tag". I created a city named _cloud and my server got this tag.

    Best regards

    Hello,

of course you can use i-doit on a Windows Server system.
You just need a software bundle like XAMPP to use it.
In the knowledge base you can find the manual for installing i-doit on a windows environment with XAMPP.
Here you will find the manual for installing and using i-doit on a Windows-based system.

Upgraded to 1.13 open and the issue has been resolved.

The search function works, with no issue, and the software is functional for me again. The only system changes that were made, was to upgrade from PHP 7.1 to PHP 7.3 in support of the I-doit upgrade.

I will have to dig through release notes to see if the issue, or something related to this issue was called out, but as of this time it all works as expected.

    Hello,

Finally we found how to solve the problem:
    https://kb.i-doit.com/display/en/Location+Cannot+Be+Saved

We run this fix before and after import to prevent fail situations.

    Hi,

Which user do you use? Grayed out links are a sign for insufficient rights.

Additionally you can update your Event Add-on to version 1.1.

    Kind Regards,
    Christian
